Order Self-Destruct

All refunded and cancelled orders expire after 20 days of inactivity and will be completely deleted from our system. Completed orders expire after 30 days.

When using PGP on SuperMarket, you can utilize your Quick Login link found in your User Settings to login quickly and easily!

Reduced-Risk FE

Buyers can still dispute a finalized-early order! If they win the dispute, a refund will be created that the vendor must pay.

Traditional Escrow

All orders go to escrow where funds are held until the item is shipped, finalized, or disputed and resolved.

Auto-Verdict

If a dispute expires, an unbiased Auto-Verdict will be applied to the order favoring the buyer, vendor, or both partially.
